Miami Heat v Indiana Pacers - Game Six

Paul George Pulls Up And Drills Three-Pointer from Midcourt

Someone at last night’s Pacers-Pistons game needed to tell Paul George that he still had 22 seconds remaining on the shot clock. But it actually worked out in his favor.

When the clock malfunctioned late in the fourth quarter, with his team clinging to a 91-90 lead, George was confused and wasn’t sure if there was any time remaining left on it.

So what did he do? He pulled up and attempted a three-pointer from near midcourt.

And of course, he drilled it.

His reaction after the shot went in was pretty funny. Doesn’t always happen this way, and a lot of times a move like this will backfire, but this one can be added to George’s highlight reel.
