Gareth Bale Scores Amazing Game-Winning Goal in Copa Del Rey

Gareth Bale has a knack for scoring big goals. And in today’s Copa Del Rey, he did just that.

In the 85th minute, with the score deadlocked at 1-1, he decided to take things into his own hands. He received the ball near midfield, and took a touch down the sideline, pushing the ball past Barcelona defender Marc Bartra.

At this point, he was literally yards out of bounds, but just sprinted as fast as he could to get back inside and gain position on Bartra. He did, regained possession of the ball and pushed it ahead of him toward goal.

Nothing was going to stand in his way, and he tucked the ball right into the corner of the netcapping off an amazing run from midfield to finish.

The game-winning goal gave Real Madrid the 2-1 win over rival Barcelona.
